يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية دون الحاجة إلى تثبيت التطبيق أو تسجيل الدخول، عبر النموذج في هذه الصفحة أو بمراسلتنا على البريد الإلكتروني info@yarmouk-school.com.

This page lets parents, guardians and staff who use the Al-Yarmouk Private School app (from Lamassu UAE) request deletion of their account and personal data. No app install and no sign-in is required. Use the form below, or email info@yarmouk-school.com.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

حساب المستخدم وبيانات الدخول الخاصة به.
الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الحساب.
الرسائل والإشعارات والملاحظات المرتبطة بالحساب داخل التطبيق.
معرّفات الجهاز ورموز الإشعارات (push tokens) المستخدمة لإرسال إشعارات التطبيق.

What is deleted: the user account and its sign-in credentials; name, phone number, email address and profile photo; in-app messages, notifications and notes tied to the account; device identifiers and push notification tokens.

ما الذي قد نحتفظ به؟

السجلات الدراسية والمالية التي تُلزم المدرسة بحفظها (مثل سجلات التسجيل والحضور والوصولات المالية)، وتبقى محفوظة للمدة التي يفرضها القانون ولوائح المدرسة، ثم تُحذف.
بيانات إحصائية مجمّعة لا يمكن من خلالها التعرّف على شخصك.
نسخ احتياطية تُحذف تلقائياً خلال دورة النسخ الاحتياطي المعتادة.

What may be retained: academic and financial records the school is required to keep (for example enrolment, attendance and payment receipts), kept for the period required by law and school regulations and then deleted; aggregated statistics that cannot identify you; and backup copies, which are removed on the normal backup rotation.

كم يستغرق التنفيذ؟

نراجع الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل للتأكّد من هوية صاحب الحساب، ويُنفَّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الطلب. سنراسلك على وسيلة التواصل التي تذكرها أدناه عند اكتمال الحذف.

Timeline: we review each request within 7 business days to confirm it comes from the account holder, and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request. We confirm on the contact you give below once it is done.
